1. Full deposit or credit card guarantee is required to make car rental reservation.

2. The customers are reponsible to pay the expressway fees and parking fees generated during the rental.

3. Extra overtime costs means how much the customer should pay for each hour when he/she exceeds the limit standards of time.

4. Extra mileage means how much the customer should pay for each kilometer when he/she exceeds the limit standards of kilometer.

5. If the customer rent the car in one city and return it in another city, there will be a fee charged determined by the distances and the vehicles.

6. The driver's allowance: if the driver can not return to the departure place for night break, the customers should arrange for the driver lodgings equal to moderate hotel standards, or pay 200 yuan / night allowance.

7. cancellations should be made 72 hours in advance. Cancel the changes within 72 hours will be charged 50% penalty.

8. One hour waiting time is included for agreed pick-up service. And for more than one hour's waiting time, customers need to pay extra overtime costs.

1. Car rental companies have paid for compulsory insurance, loss of vehicle insurance, vehicle theft and robbery insurance, third party liability insurance (Sum 50 million yuan), the driver's seat insurance, etc. ( specific to the vehicle insurance policy shall prevail.) If the customer requires additional insurance, car rental companies can commission procedures, costs borne by the customer.

2. Responsibility for the accident and traffic violations:

On behalf of the drive:

■ If a traffic accident happened, the customers are obliged to help the car rental companies to report to traffic police and to insurance companies.

■ If the customer forced the driver to violate traffic rules, behave illegal, or make fatigue driving, any causes result in an accident, the customer should bear all the consequences and responsibility.

■ Car rental company is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss that are not caused by accidents or vehicle mechanical failures.

■ The car rental company is responsible for violation fines, suspension of driving licenses and other penalties if it is the driver's fault. But if it is caused by the customer, the customers are responsible.
